Gender pay gap reporting

As a business with more than 250 employees, we are required to report our gender pay gap analysis in accordance with The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. Whilst ‘equal pay’ is the legal requirement to pay two individuals the same salary for work of similar or equal value, the ‘gender pay gap’ is calculated as the difference between the average hourly earnings of men and women as a proportion of men’s average hourly earnings within the company.

As with many businesses, gender equality is vital for our business success - and we remain firmly committed to providing an inclusive and equitable working environment and culture for our employees, where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their true potential and is valued for who they are as well as what they can do.

We are committed to making progress against the results we publish in this report, and to achieving gender balance across Travel Chapter.
