What will I be doing?

As one of our Heads of Homeowner Account Management, you’ll be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of Homeowner Account Managers, who are the business’ses main contact for owners of holiday properties that we market. You’ll provide an environment where there is clarity of purpose, goals and accountability for each team member and a high-quality experience for all owners.  

The team has three core objectives that you will help them achieve:  

  1. Increase the number of bookings and revenue for each property  
  1. Create, maintain, and improve a quality relationship with each owner  
  1. Improve the quality of the regional portfolio and quality of our earnings from the portfolio
