You’ll be joining our friendly Managed Services team who strive to maintain high standards for our property owners and holiday cottage customers. The coordinator role is the perfect blend of field-based work and office work where no two days will be the same. If you are organised and enjoy dealing with people and property, then this could be the role for you.
By supporting the service manager in the day-to-day operations, this opportunity will involve using systems and processes to manage and maintain the property portfolio. The coordination of cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners and maintenance contractors is an important part of the role. You will also be responsible for keeping records and ensuring administrative systems are updated. Attention to detail, clear expectation setting and communication are key to this vacancy.
This role will also involve supporting the retention of the existing portfolio by proactively managing homeowner relationships. You will support recruiters by providing them with all relevant information ahead of recruitment visits, which will enable them to sign up owners in a single meeting.
