We are delighted that our flagship brand, holidaycottages.co.uk, has received a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award.
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award was launched in 2020 and is presented to companies who go above and beyond when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. The award criteria is based on interactions and verified reviews from real customers, requiring a consistent average of 4.5 out of 5 stars on the platform for more than three years. This accreditation shows our commitment to providing outstanding service, and is the second year running we have achieved the accolade.
